FESTA SAN GIUSEPPE 2025

The Parish of Saints Cosmas and Damian in Polignano a Mare is preparing to celebrate the feast of Saint Joseph with the traditional bonfire, a moment of prayer, sharing, and celebration that will involve the entire community. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19th, when a Holy Mass will be celebrated in the parish at 7:00 PM. During the celebration, fathers and deceased Josephs will be remembered, and a special blessing will be given to all fathers present. At the end of the Mass, the faithful will proceed to the San Francesco parking lot, where the rite of blessing and the lighting of the bonfire, a symbol of light and hope, will take place. The evening will be enriched by the presence of food stalls, where it will be possible to enjoy traditional panzerotti, making the event an opportunity for conviviality and celebration for the whole community.
